Full-Stack Designer Bootcamp is designed for educational purposes and personal skill development only.

Permitted Uses

  • Individual learning and skill development
  • Personal portfolio development and job applications
  • Non-commercial creative projects
  • Educational research and study

Prohibited Uses

  • Commercial training programs or workshops
  • Resale or redistribution of course materials
  • Creating derivative educational content for profit
  • Using materials to train others for commercial purposes
  • Sharing login credentials or access with non-enrolled individuals

Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to:

  • Video recordings and presentations
  • Design templates and components
  • Written materials and documentation
  • Project briefs and case studies
  • Figma files and design assets

Are provided for individual learning and portfolio development only. Students may not redistribute, resell, or use these materials for commercial training programs without explicit written permission.

Portfolio Use

Students are encouraged to showcase their work and projects in their personal portfolios for job applications and career advancement. This includes:

  • Including project work in personal portfolios
  • Discussing projects in job interviews
  • Sharing work on professional social media
  • Using projects as examples of skills and capabilities

Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate termination of program access
  • Legal action for copyright infringement
  • Forfeiture of all program fees
  • Removal from alumni network and community

Terms and Conditions

Program Participation

  • Students must maintain satisfactory attendance (minimum 80% of live sessions)
  • All assignments and projects must be completed by specified deadlines
  • Students must adhere to the code of conduct and community guidelines
  • Participation in peer feedback and collaborative activities is required

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due before program start date
  • Payment plans must be maintained according to agreed schedule
  • Late payments may result in suspension of program access
  • All fees are non-transferable to other individuals or programs

Refund Policy

  • 100% refund within first 30 days of program start
  • 50% refund between days 31-45 of program
  • No refunds after day 45, but deferral to future cohort available
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days

Intellectual Property

  • Students retain ownership of their original work and projects
  • Course materials remain property of Full-Stack Designer Bootcamp
  • Students may not record or distribute live sessions
  • Instructors may use anonymized student work for educational purposes

Code of Conduct

  • Respectful communication with instructors and peers
  • No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • Maintain confidentiality of peer work and feedback
  • Use appropriate language and maintain professional standards

Academic Integrity Policy

Original Work

Prohibited Activities

  • Plagiarism or copying others' work without attribution
  • Submitting work created by someone else
  • Sharing assignment solutions with other students

Consequences

  • First offense: Warning and opportunity to resubmit
  • Second offense: Reduced grade and academic probation
  • Third offense: Dismissal from program without refund
  • Severe violations may result in immediate dismissal
